    Property processes come with their own vocabulary. We explain things plainly, with no jargon for its own sake and no pressure.

    You will know what is included, what is not, and what it will cost before work is arranged. A booking request is a request until we confirm it with you.

  • Clear about what is independent and what is statutory

    Inspections you commission for your own information are kept distinct from the mandatory inspections that belong to a building permit. We always tell you which process you are in.

  • Honest about limits

    A report describes what was observed and documented at the time. Decisions about permits, approvals and licences rest with the relevant authority. We help you understand and prepare for them.
